Background
Dr. Manoj Racherla joined Cardiovascular Specialists in the summer of 2023. In addition to general cardiology, he is trained in nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, and vascular ultrasound. He is especially interested in primary prevention cardiology.
He completed medical school at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore. Dr. Racherla then completed residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. He completed his fellowship at the University of Maryland Medical Center, where he served as a Chief Fellow during his final year of training.
Dr. Racherla hails from West Caldwell, NJ and moved to Maryland in 2011. He and his wife, Vandana, a pediatrician, live in Ellicott City with their young daughter. In his spare time, Dr. Racherla enjoys music, both writing and composing, as well as playing basketball and cheering for the Baltimore Ravens.
