Outpatient Care Team
Jennifer Dean, M.D.
Dr. Dean is a hematologist-oncologist in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute. She joined the hospital staff in 2021. She was previously an attending physician with Pediatric Specialists of Virginia in the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders and with Children’s National Hospital.
Kristin Lieb, M.D. M.A.
Dr. Lieb is a pediatric hematologist-oncologist in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute. She sees patients on the hospital’s main campus in St. Petersburg, Florida, and at Outpatient Care, Tampa. She joined the hospital staff in 2023.
Jennifer Mayer, M.D.
Dr. Mayer specializes in pediatric hematology/oncology in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute and is the lead hematologist of the Vascular Anomalies Program at the hospital. She served 21 years as medical director of Johns Hopkins All Children’s collaboration with Sarasota Memorial Hospital. She is author of more than 30 publications and two textbook chapters. She joined Johns Hopkins All Children's in 1996 and received the hospital's Best Consulting Physician Award in the 2017 Johns Hopkins Medicine Clinical Excellence Awards.
Nick Park, M.D.
Dr. Park is a pediatric hematologist-oncologist at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital who primarily sees patients at the Outpatient Care location in Tampa. He earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati and completed his residency at Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children, where he also served as chief resident specializing in pediatric medicine. He completed a pediatric hematology/oncology fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Orange County and blood banking/transfusion medicine fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Theresa Torres, APRN
Theresa Torres is an advanced practice registered nurse in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute. She specializes in outpatient pediatric hematology/oncology. She joined the hospital staff in 2019. Before joining our hospital, Torres worked as a nurse practitioner in hematology/oncology at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri where she assisted in the development of a Spanish speaking hematology/oncology clinic and research program. Torres earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Luke's College of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri.
Lauren Gray, APRN
Lauren Gray is an advanced practice registered nurse in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute. She specializes in pediatric hematology/oncology. She joined the hospital staff in 2016. Before joining our hospital, Gray worked as a blood and bone marrow transplant nurse at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida. Gray earned her Associate of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Petersburg College, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida.
C. Isaac Hauk, PA
Isaac Hauk is an advanced practice provider in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute. He joined the hospital staff in 2008. Hauk specializes in outpatient and inpatient pediatric hematology/oncology and is the manager and hiring manager of advanced practice providers. Hauk earned his Master of Physician Assistant degree from the University of Florida, College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida.
AnneMarie Allushuski, RN
AnneMarie Allushuski is a registered nurse in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute. She specializes in pediatric hematology/oncology. She joined the hospital staff in 2018. Allushuski earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rasmussen College of Nursing in Land O’ Lakes, Florida.

Nanette Grana, M.D.
Dr. Grana specializes in pediatric hematology/oncology in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute. She joined the hospital medical staff in 1992. Dr. Grana earned her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. She trained in pediatrics at University Children’s Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and completed a pediatric hematology/oncology fellowship at the University of Florida.

Dr. Ortiz specializes in pediatric hematology-oncology in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute. He joined the hospital staff in 2018.

Jamie Jennings is an advanced practice registered nurse in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute. She specializes in inpatient pediatric hematology/oncology. She joined the hospital staff in 2020. Before joining our hospital, Jennings worked as a clinical nurse in the hematology/oncology units at Dayton Children’s Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Jennings earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
Fallon Lanham, PA-C
Fallon Lanham is a certified physician assistant in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute. She specializes in inpatient pediatric hematology/oncology. She joined the hospital staff in 2017. Lanham earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, followed by a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Tampa.

Brooke Wiggins is a certified physician assistant in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute. She specializes in inpatient pediatric hematology/oncology. She joined the hospital staff in 2019. Brooke earned her Bachelor of Science, followed by her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida, College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida.

Melissa Faith, Ph.D.
Dr. Faith is a clinical pediatric psychologist specializing in hematology/oncology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She received her master’s and doctorate degrees in clinical psychology from the University of Arkansas, completed a predoctoral internship in clinical child psychology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in clinical psychology with an emphasis in pediatric hematology and oncology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Dr. Faith’s research interests include disseminating evidence-based interventions in large medical and community centers (e.g., motivational interviewing) as well as emotion socialization, social adjustment, and sibling adjustment during and following childhood chronic illness.
