Background

Dr. Pooja O’Neil, M.D., M.B.A., is a pediatric anesthesiologist at Johns Hopkins Children’s Center and an instructor of anesthesiology and critical care medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She specializes in providing anesthesia and care during and after surgery, and ensuring patient safety and quality of care.  

Dr. O’Neil received her medical degree at Albany Medical College before going on to a residency at George Washington University. She later completed a fellowship at University of North Carolina Medical Center.
