Background
Stephen Fakoyejo, M.D., earned his Doctor of Medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at University of Houston/HHH-West, and served as the chief resident in his final year of training. Prior to starting his medical training, Dr. Fakoyejo worked in public health with the Indiana State Department of Health.
Dr. Fakoyejo specializes in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, women, children, and mental health. He enjoys interacting with patients, problem solving, and the instances of pure joy when a patient achieves their health goals.
When not with patients, Dr. Fakoyejo enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and playing soccer and video games.
