The Strategic Plan
Innovation 2023 is Johns Hopkins Medicine’s Strategic Plan for fiscal years 2019 through 2023. Innovation 2023 will provide direction for JHM’s priorities, guide our business strategies and decisions, and help us continue to advance our legacy of innovation and excellence in patient care, research and education. The plan includes six goals — each a critical area of focus for the institution’s success and sustainability.
